I warmly invite you to this early summer yoga retreat that will take place near Bakony Hills on 5-7th June, 2026. This yoga retreat is for you if you crave for rest and closeness of nature, daily yoga sessions, workshops and beautiful connections in the midst of summery vibes🌸💚 The retreat will take place at the location of HUG Handpan Festival and Worldmusic Gathering and it provides a calm, atmospheric environment adapted to relaxation and rest and openness to connections. You will have the opportunity to participate daily yoga session in English and in Hungarian.
Language is a bridge, not a barrier 💚
Your retreat will also include:

🥑 Be nourished by vegeterian, vegan healthy meals,
🌿 Enjoy detoxification in the sauna, and
💦 Take your time by the pool or wherever you feel right in that moment.
🌳 The house offers a tranquil garden and is surrounded by close forests and a stream.
✨ Sounds of singing bowls, handpan, kalimba, koshi amongst others will also accompany us on our wonderful journey

Szeretettel hívlak egy nyárindító jóga elvonulásra Pápateszérre, június első hétvégéjére.A jóga elvonulásunknak a HUG handpan fesztivál területe ad helyet Pápateszéren egy hangulatos vendégháznál, sok térrel, fenyves erdők és patakpart közvetlen szomszédságában.
Nyugodt, chilles, felszabadult környezetben töltődhetünk a tábor egész ideje alatt. A jóga gyakorlások és igény szerint a programok angolul és magyarul fognak zajlani. A nyelv egy híd és nem pedig akadály 💚
Az elvonulás során lesznek
🧘♀️Napi jóga gyakorlások, relaxáció
🥑Szuper egészséges, tápláló vegetáriánus, vegán ételek
🌿Szaunának köszönhetően méregtelenítés
💦Medencés, pihenős pillanatok, vagy akár órák

Szállás: 3-4 ágyas szobákban, több, közös használatú fürdőhelyiséggel.
A jóga elvonulás tartalmazza a szállást, 3-4 fős szobákban, a szuper egészséges, helyben készített étkezéseket és minden programot. A programokban minimális eltérés előfordulhat, a szervezés, vagy az ottani hangulatunktól, igényeinktől függően is.
Természetesen a programok fakultatívak, te érzed, hogy mi esik neked jól ott abban a pillanatban.
