🟠 Deep relaxation at Taff Meadow Community Centre, Treforest 😊🙏🟠 Saturday - August 17th - 1pm to 3pm.
🟠 We will start with Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs and crystal singing bowls. To finish there will be chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message. £15 per person.
