Guests will then be guided through five distinctive pours — from the crisp and refreshing Principessa Gavia Gavi DOCG and the sun-kissed La Pettegola Rosé to the bold and structured Banfi Aska Bolgheri, the iconic Castello Banfi Magna Cum Laude Super Tuscan, and a sweet finish with the beloved Banfi Rosa Regale from Piedmont — each accompanied by a perfectly paired bite from our chefs.
