Join us at our home from home in the Snowdonian mountains for a weekend of breathing space, laughter and sunshine (fingers crossed!). The Sanksrit word ‘Sukhita’ can be translated as ‘happiness’, ‘delight’ or ‘blessed’ and this retreat is an invitation to reflect on where we can find more joy in this life and count our blessings.
Our venue for this retreat is the beautiful Trigonos and this will be our eigth visit, which shows how much we love it! Under a 2 hour drive from the Cheshire/Shropshire area, spend your weekend enjoying breath-taking views of the mountain range, surrounded by the beautiful lake of Nantelle. It truly is a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life.
We'll enjoy the most nourishing food (some of which is grown on site), slumber in cosy ensuite accommodation and drink in the healing power of nature. Arriving from 4pm onwards on the Friday afternoon (12th) and departing around 3pm on the Sunday (14th)
What to expect:
- A variety of movement practices including yoga flows, yin yoga, restorative yoga and Shake the Dust (a cathartic energising practice that blends yoga, pilates and bodyweight movement to an epic soundscape).
- Evening candlelight sound baths and 'yogic sleep' practices
- Optional morning meditation practices
- Three nutritious meals a day and all-day refreshments
- Optional nature walks, beach visit, wild swimming
- Good company with like-minded people!

When you book you are paying the non-refundable deposit ONLY for a twin room. Your balance will be due on 1 May 2026.
