Curated by Radiance Basden, this all-levels session weaves together breathwork, affirmations, and beginner-friendly movement to support your strength, balance, and inner alignment.
Each week we’ll tune into stillness, our breath, and tap into our internal landscape—restoring the body while calming the mind. Let the music, setting sun, and surrounding community hold space for you to release stress, re-center your energy, and reconnect with joy. Remember: enjoyment is your birthright.

WHAT TO KNOW FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE:
ENVIRONMENT: We will be in the beautiful outdoors on concrete! Mats are best for the flow, but also please bring any additional items to protect your wrists & knees. Additional items for consideration: blanket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and any outdoor accessories that blesses your soul.
