We believe in the value of Sweat. We believe in the value of Community. We're so excited to bring it all back together, again.
Beginning soon, our Summer Sweat Series will deliver our area's top trainers to lead you in various types of yoga, bootcamp, and barre classes. Legacy and current lululemon ambassadors will deliver inspiring content during these 60-minute classes. Bring your mat, your water bottle, blocks (if needed), a small towel, and any other needs you may have to be comfortable. Dress in clothing that does not restrict or hinder your movement. Get ready to move, breathe, sweat, get stronger, more flexible, happier, and connected. We've got you.
Meagan Whitfield, our current Yoga Ambassador, will kick off our Saturday Yoga series, which will alternate weekly with our Saturday Bootcamp series. Meagan is an experienced professional trauma therapist who is also a widely loved yoga and buti instructor. Our Summer Yoga Series will include Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Buti, and more. Check out the weekly schedule; attend it all or pick your flavor.
Rene Velado, our Train Ambassador, will lead the bootcamp classes in his series, The FIT Element. Why this name? The four elements that exist in life--water, fire, wind, and earth-- also exist within each of us. It is up to us to create and maintain the Fifth Element. In order to thrive, the human body requires skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular strength and flexibility. The Fit Element Bootcamp series is the component that puts them all together.
