Come and join us at Tinkd Makerspace in Tauranga CBD for a hands-on taster kit activity in the January school holidays We have created fun taster kits aimed at allowing participants to learn how to use the amazing equipment we have at Tinkd.At the Laser Taster Kit you will create and design your own laser cut photo frame.
IMPORTANT- This session requires some familiarity with a computer and a mouse.
IS THIS A WORKSHOP?
No. This is a self-guided session for you and your child. Each kit contains step by step instructions to help you achieve a successful end project with the help of the adult who accompanies the child and with supervision from the Tinkd team.
DO I NEED TO STAY WITH MY CHILD?
An adult helper must stay and work with the child, each adult helper can supervise no more than 2 children.
ONLY CHILDREN NEED TICKETS.
WHAT IS THE IDEAL AGE FOR THIS ACTIVITY?
This session is ideal for ages 8+. It should be able to be completed within the 1 hour window, and may even be finished earlier than this.
