July 13: Nocturnal Nature Part 1 What really happens when the sun goes down? Step into the world of nighttime science as we explore everything from glowing night skies to the mysteries of sleep and life after dark. Students will investigate owl pellets, create moon phases using 3D pens, and design glowing firefly-inspired necklaces while learning how animals, humans, and even plants adapt to the night. With hands-on activities exploring light, darkness, energy, and the rhythms of day and night, join us as we explore a whole new side of the world you don’t usually see.
