Join us as we explore 3 cuts of beef cooked in 3 different methods. You may just find a new favourite to enjoy this summer season.
This class will involve hands-on learning in the kitchen, followed by a sit down meal featuring these dishes that we will make together.
- Southwest Steak Salad filled with greens, tomato, avocado, corn, peppers, seasonings, and topped with grilled steak to make this dish complete.
- Garlic Butter Steak Bites made from a cut of sirloin steak tails are ready in minutes, making this a quick option for summer weeknights.
- Steakhouse-tyle Ribeye steak
