What's on our menu?
Creamy Asparagus Risotto is a fantastic appetizer or side dish for any meal. Sauteed shrimp and scallops work beautifully with an asparagus puree. Our baked asparagus frittata will include ricotta cheese that we'll make FRESH as a part of this culinary experience.
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the class fee, but are available for purchase during the evening.
Sometimes we have leftovers so please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics for leftovers.
