FAQ
What is the weather policy?
All shows are weather-permitting. If the forecast for the day shows a steady rain in the forecast, the show will be cancelled. There will be no rescheduled rain dates. Cancellations are posted on our Facebook page and via signage on the stage. Our goal is to announce cancellations due to weather 4 hours prior to show time on Facebook though this may not always happen. Once a cancellation is made, there will not be a concert that day, even if the weather clears.
Who can attend the concerts?
Customers of the Mall at Partridge Creek.
Do I need tickets?
No. This is a free event.
What CAN I bring?
Folding camp chairs, and low to the ground chairs are allowed. Tents and tables are not allowed. Seating is limited in the Center Court area, we recommend brining your own chairs. Please do not move any mall furniture. Please do not leave personal belongings unattended.
Can I bring in my own food?
No outside food or coolers, please. You may bring food or drink from any Partridge Creek store or restaurant.
Can I arrive early, set up my chair, and then have dinner at a Partridge Creek restaurant prior to the concert start time?
No, we do not encourage our customers to leave personal belongings unattended.
Where can I park?
Any open parking spot. Parking is free to customers of The Mall at Partridge Creek.
Is there handicap parking?
Yes, marked handicap parking is available.
Can I bring kids?
Yes. However, young children must stay with you at all times and are not allowed to roam.
Can I bring a dog?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Retractable leashes and leashes longer than 6 feet are not permitted. Do not interact with dogs outside your party to maintain proper distance.
Is there a public restroom?
Yes. It is located in the building near the center of the mall and can be reached via two entrances. One entrance is located between Eddie Bauer and Pandora; and the other is located between Bubbleology and Hot Topic. Please look for the directional signage to assist you.
