As we reach the peak of the sun’s energy, this is a moment to pause, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and step fully into your own growth and expression.

This immersive experience weaves together gentle beginner vinyasa yoga, sound healing, and reflective journaling, guided by the energising and expansive qualities of Fire and Earth.

Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels, this offering is designed to support confidence, clarity, and connection, while creating space to celebrate yourself and the season.

We begin by arriving together, taking a moment to land in the body and connect with the breath.

Through a gentle opening meditation, you’ll be invited to tune into the energy of the solstice, a time of light, presence, and inner radiance.

This is a space to acknowledge where you are, to honour your journey so far, and to set an intention rooted in expansion and self-trust.

The Yoga portion is a slow, heart-opening vinyasa flow, designed to feel both supportive and gently energising. Inspired by the Fire element, this practice encourages warmth, vitality, and confident movement, while remaining accessible and grounded.

Expect fluid transitions, gentle strengthening, and moments of openness, all guided by breath. This flow invites you to explore what it feels like to expand, take up space, and move with confidence and ease.

Following the movement practice, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing the body to integrate and the mind to soften.

Sound becomes a way to both soothe and uplift, supporting emotional balance while gently energising the system.

Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments create an immersive soundscape that encourages clarity, openness, and inner alignment.

This is your time to rest, receive, and be held in the energy of the season.

We close with a guided journaling practice, offering space to reflect on what is coming into full expression within you.

Through gentle prompts, you’ll explore themes of confidence, visibility, joy, and forward movement, anchoring your intentions for the months ahead and connecting to what you’re ready to embody.
