The summer solstice is a time to honor the earth and give thanks for the sun’s blessings of warmth, light, and life. It is a celebration of the sun’s power and its life-giving force, a time of reflection and renewal when we reconnect with our inner light. Bring your yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of ours.
