This workshop is perfect for those looking to harness the powerful energy of the sun, deepening their connection with nature's cycles and setting intentions for the season ahead through ritual.
Included in this workshop:
•Introduction to spell work and ritual that will help you harness the sun's energy to gain abundance and growth.
•An all levels, meditative, yoga flow focusing on the power of the solar plexus chakra.
•A guided meditation to assist in releasing anything that no longer serve our higher selves
•Solstice spell box created by Carianne geared towards self empowerment and self love
