The Summer Solstice is a time for us to turn inwards and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve as we move into the longest, warmest days of the year. This workshop will be aimed at helping us to recharge, energise and find abundance in our lives.
We will flow through different yoga poses, using movement and breath to release the body and mind of stress and tension, helping us to feel both physically and mentally grounded and de-stressed. Through meditation, stillness and journaling we can find inner calm and reflect back over the last few months of Spring, taking note of all of our lessons, and realign with that which we wish to bloom over the months to come.
The mixture of movement, stillness and reflection will help our bodies to feel lighter, our hearts to feel grateful and our intentions to be aligned, so that we move into the Summer months with joy, hope and motivation for all the beauty that's to come.
