In this special session, we'll explore how to harmonize with the vibrant energy of the season through the wisdom of Ayurveda, grounding mudras, and seasonal breathwork techniques designed to restore balance and vitality.
Together, we'll move through a gentle and balancing yoga flow that supports both body and mind, inviting ease, openness, and inner connection. The practice will conclude with an extended savasana and guided meditation, allowing for deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
Each participant will also receive a small aromatherapy gift lovingly prepared by Tanja to continue the experience beyond the mat.
