SUMMER SOLSTICE WOMEN'S GATHERING - DONATION BASED EVENT

Celebrate the Summer Solstice by immersing yourself in Earth's embrace, fostering a deeper connection with the divine energies that surround us.

At this Gathering, you will:

• Take time to connect with the seasons and tune into the rhythms of the natural world.
• Learn how to slow down and be more present
• Time for reflective journaling to deepen your attention and intention. You'll be offered some journaling prompts around the theme of Spring Equinox to help you prepare yourself mindfully for Summer.
• Nature Crafts
• Connect with like-minded women
• Tea and snacks will be served, and there is plenty of time to chat and connect afterward.
• No experience is necessary; just an open heart and willingness to connect.

Suggestions to bring: any contributions of songs, dances, poems, or other expressions of what this time of year means for you;

THIS IS A DONATION-BASED EVENT - Suggested donation of £5.00 per person. Your donation helps with the cost of running these events.

What to wear: Please wear, walking boots, waterproofs, and appropriate layer clothing.

What to bring: you may wish to bring a thermos, of tea, a cup, a pen, a journal, snacks of your choice

Location: Craigmillar Woods/ Meeting point entrance of Craigmillar Castle.

Please note: Parking is limited at the castle and spaces are on a first come first served basis if you can travel to the event via public transport or on foot.

Restrictions: Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to this particular woodland.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

We will run the session in all weathers with the exception of high winds or extreme cold. If the session is cancelled you will be contacted with as much notice as possible.

The event will be kept intimate, focusing on a goal of 10 women in total. So reserve soon if you're interested!
