Join us for a special Summer Solstice practice centered around ritual, reflection and the transformative power of repetition through 108 Sun Salutations.This 90-minute experience will begin with guided intention setting and grounding as we honor the turning toward summer, a season of light, vitality, clarity and growth. Together, we will move through 108 Sun Salutations in thoughtfully paced sections, woven with breath, music, brief pauses and thematic reflection to support both challenge and presence.
Participants will be encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed and approach the practice not as performance, but as meditation in motion. The evening will close with guided meditation, rest and integration.
This practice is open to all levels, though some familiarity with Sun Salutations is recommended. Come prepared to sweat, breathe, release and reconnect.
