A morning to pause, to explore the Summer Solstice, connect with nature with a sense of harmony and balance in the flow of the changing season. I would welcome you to join me for a morning of reflection, at beautiful Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm to connect to Summer, an immersive Sound Meditation to welcome the solstice energy and time to connect and feed the Alpacas.
Hopefully the weather will allow us to make use of the outdoor space, if not we will be in the beautiful Yoga Studio.
All yoga mats, blankets, cushions and lavender eye pillows supplied, plus refreshments.
