Summer Solstice Sound Healing!

Join us the morning of the summer solstice for a restorative sound healing experience by Gillian Miller of Mindful Mavens. This guided session features cystal singing bowls and other grounding instruments to support relaxation and seasonal renewal. Bring a DAD as a Father's Day gift!

Event flow:

• Guided meditation - set intentions and settle into presence
• Sound Immersion - experience the resonance of crystal bowls
• Closing - gentle transition back to your morning

Light refreshments will be served.

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Chairs are available and a limited number of mats will be available on site.
