Let's gather for an energizing and rejuvenating sound bath at beautiful Mt. Tabor to celebrate the Summer Solstice. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, embrace the season's energy, and find inner peace through the healing power of sound.
Set among the beautiful landscape in Mt. Tabor Park, Brooke will create an enchanting soundscape using crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and ethereal chimes. These harmonious vibrations are designed to resonate with your body's natural frequencies, facilitating deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment.
All are welcome to attend. No experience necessary.
Bring a yoga mat and anything else you need for comfort.
Exact location TBA. Plan to arrive by 6:45pm. The sound bath will start at 7pm.
