🌞 Summer Solstice Potluck Gathering 🌿
Sunday, June 21st | 5:00–8:00pm | Moon Healing Center
You’re invited to gather in celebration of the Summer Solstice — the longest, brightest day of the year, and a powerful moment to honour growth, expansion, and the fullness of life.
This will be a relaxed, heart-led evening focused on connection, nourishment, and presence. Come as you are, or dress in your favourite summer magical attire — flowy dresses, earthy tones, flower crowns, barefoot energy… anything that feels like you in summer.
🌿 What to expect:
We’ll begin with a gentle welcome circle and intention-setting station, offering a quiet moment to reflect on what you’re calling in for this season ahead.
From there, we’ll move into a guided Summer Solstice breathwork practice to help us arrive fully into the body, release lingering heaviness, and open into the energy of expansion and light.
Afterwards, the evening will open into spacious connection time:
✨ Potluck-style sharing (bring a dish to contribute if you feel called)
✨ Time to mingle, connect, and enjoy the garden and space
✨ Soft music and a relaxed atmosphere
✨ Optional quiet reflection corner for journaling or grounding
As the sun begins to soften, we’ll close with a simple collective gratitude moment to honour the light, the season, and each other.
