Summer Solstice - Poolside Pilates with Move Your Sōl

Welcome summer with an upbeat, poolside Sculpt Pilates session led by Kristal Doga. This all-levels class is designed to energize, challenge, and reconnect you, while still giving you that burn. Expect dynamic, intentional movement in a sun-filled setting that leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and refreshed.

Move Your Sōl is more than a workout, it’s a space to reconnect with yourself and others. Rooted in breath, intention, and mindful movement, it’s about building strength from within while creating a supportive, like-minded community.

Throughout the session, we’ll also take a moment to reflect and set intentions for the summer solstice, what you’re stepping into, what you’re releasing, and how you want to show up this season.
