In the heart of RVA, we gather to honor the longest days of the year by illuminating our inner landscape and shedding the weight of the spring.As the resonant tones of crystal bowls fill the space, allow the frequency to wash over you like the warm summer sun. This immersive experience focuses on expansion and joy, providing a sanctuary to step out of the heat and into a state of clarity. Cultivate a lasting inner glow that will carry you through the vibrant months ahead.

Cost: $36 per person
Time / Arrival: Event starts promptly at 6:30 PM. To ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all participants, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the event begins. This allows time to settle in and prepare for the Sound Bath. Once the session starts, the doors will be closed and late entry will not be permitted, out of respect for the group’s meditative journey.
What’s Provided: Classic yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and water
What to Bring: Anything else that helps you feel comfortable like an eye pillow, extra blanket, or journal
