This gathering marks a decade of Kadie’s life in California, and ten years since Los Angeles has experienced a Summer Solstice event like this. Rooted in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, this experience is designed to ground your energy, reconnect you to yourself, and celebrate the season in community.

Together, we’ll move through a guided yoga flow, meditation, and a live podcast conversation—along with curated moments to support clarity, connection, and an aligned start to summer.
