Honoring the Sun, Restoring the Self. Mandy will guide you into connection with the sun and your own inner light. Then sit back or lie back and simply receive, as Jenny and Dan fill the space with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain stick, drums, and a full gong bath. Jenny loves to move through the room as you rest, so the sound reaches you from every direction.
You do not have to do anything but breathe and let it hold you.
