CANCELATION POLICY
There is a strict cancellation policy with SOULstice due to the nature of the event. All supplies must be ordered in advance. So this unfortunately means there are no refunds. Your spot can be transferred to someone else.
**Please make sure you are able to attend and arrive at least 5 minutes before event time thank you.**
Join Deborah and SOULstice for an evening of heart centred mediation.
Summer solstice is a time of abundant expansion, transformation and celebration of the light within us.
During the longest day of the year come embark on a magickal journey of the heart as we partake in a ceremonial cacao experience. After sharing in the medicine of the sacred cacao drink, you will be guided through an immersive, meditative journey that will take you to your own sacred heart space. A time of reflection and intention setting.
After the meditation we will finish our time together with some light movement to help our bodies process and release any energy that came up during your meditative journey. You may also take this time to journal your experience.
IMPORTANT : WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster or anything you may need to be extra cozy and comfortable. You will have the option to sit against a wall or lay down during the meditation portion of the evening.
Ingredients in cacao drink:
Whole cacao beans, Panela, whole vanilla beans, pure maple syrup and water.
Disclaimer: if you have signed up for this event, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read through all ingredients in the cacao drink. The cacao drink unfortunately can not be altered as this is my supplier's recipe. Cacao processed in the same facility as tree nuts.
