Summer Solstice Gathering - An Evening of Sound, Healing & Community
As the longest day of the year draws to a close, join us for an intimate Summer Solstice gathering. A 2.5-hour evening of stillness, connection, and gentle restoration.
We'll come together in the gardens as the sun makes its slow descent, marking the turning of the season in the way it deserves: with presence, with sound, and with good company.
We'll begin by moving gently among the trees, a short meditation and mindful movement practice to root us in the woodland, settle our minds, and bring us fully into the moment before the evening unfolds.
The evening will then weave together a live sound bath, layers of resonant tone designed to settle the nervous system and invite deep rest, alongside Reiki offered by Natalie, whose healing work creates a space of warmth and quiet renewal. Simply lie beneath the trees and open sky, let the sound wash over you whilst Reiki healing clears your energy.
We'll nourish ourselves with wellness bakes and herbal teas, simple, wholesome, and made with care, before gathering as a community of like-minded souls who value slowness, nature, and the magic of shared space.
Weather permitting, we'll be out in the woods. There's something irreplaceable about watching the midsummer sun sink below the horizon together.
This is an evening for those who feel the pull of the seasons, who know the value of pausing, and who find something sacred in community.
Wear warm clothes, bring blankets and a sleeping bag if you have one, fluffy socks are a must and maybe a hat too. Let's hope the weather is kind to us for this magical experience.
