Yoga is all about connection. One of the most important connections we forge through our yoga practice is the connection of community.
Our regular practices bring us to the same space at the same time week after week. But it isn't without purposefully spending time together off that mat that we get to forge meaningful connections.
So I would love to invite you to join me for a wee picnic shared with the yoga community that you are a part of and that we co-create together.
This gathering gives us a chance to get to know one another and spend time in like minded company. Over the years I have seen beautiful friendships and connections forged between yogis who join classes, retreats and workshops with me. I love to see your relationships develop and how this in turn benefits your practice. When you come to class and see friends rather than friendly strangers. When you know what is going on in each others lives and have insight and support for one another. Sometimes even jobs and other opportunities arise!
So come along, bring some food for you or to share.
We can chat yoga, life and anything else.
