Celebrate the longest days of the year by the sea with movement, music, and magic. Set on the lawn overlooking the beach, this three-day festival is packed with soul-nourishing sessions, joyful connection, and coastal calm.

As the longest days of the year return, we’re looking forward to once again celebrating the magic of the Summer Solstice by the sea. Expect uplifting movement, peaceful moments, and a beautiful sense of connection in this stunning coastal setting.

Originally from Poland, Anna’s journey has taken her through Jersey and the Channel Islands before true love brought her to Scotland. She joined FSLT earlier this year, and her yoga sessions have already been incredibly well received. Her teaching style is warm, steady, and beautifully intuitive — the kind of guidance that helps you soften into the moment and reconnect with yourself.

This session invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and let the day fall away. As the colours shift across the sky, you’ll flow through mindful postures that release tension, restore balance

Adele will treat us to her own bespoke music — soulful, soothing, and created with the same authenticity she brings to her yoga practice. This is a moment to gather together, breathe out the day, and let the music wrap around you.

Her session last year was outstanding, she really cares about mental health and wellbeing in our local .community and we are delighted she is taking time out of her busy schedule again to support the event.
