I invite you all to join me for our Summer Solstice Ecstatic Gong Rave on Friday 19th June from from 6.45pm til 9.15pmWe begin with a cacao ceremony and gentle stretching movements to awaken our bodies and warm up our muscles.
Then we find joy and eurphoria in free flow dance to tropical and tribal dance music, bringing the vibe of Goa and Thai beach parties to you. We dance bare foot without the distractions of mobile devices. I have carefully curated a unique and individual playlist which will be amplified and played loud through a mix desk and PA system again!
There will be kombucha and bottled water available plus vegan friendly snacks (please let me know if gluten free is required)
As we slow down the tempo and sit or lay down for an immersive gong bath with Tibetan bowls and chimes we connect back with our roots and find stillness and relaxation to take home with us.
