This evening of sisterhood and love will take place in The Calm Space and (weather permitting) in an outdoor sacred space for us to honour the abundance and vibrancy of the Summer Solstice.We will join in ceremony and ritual to embrace the strength of the sun and step into our light aswell as to deepen our connection with the elements of life; to heal, to celebrate, to honour, to reflect and to manifest.
Ending the evening with a Cacao Ceremony, you will snuggle into your cosy relaxation nest to drift into a dreamlike meditative state with guided meditation & a journey of healing with sound.
Using 7 crystal bowls to bring about balance and harmony, they resonate at many different healing frequencies that correspond to each of the chakras (energy centres). These frequencies slow our brainwaves down to quieten our ‘monkey mind’, allowing us to drift into a dreamlike meditative state. The nervous system literally sighs as it moves into that peaceful rest, digest, restore and repair.
