Summer Solstice Ceremony + Reiki Circle

Light is such an important ingredient for nurturing our inner and outer worlds. In these circles, we will step with intention into this new season by recognizing our own unique light and how to shine brighter in the world. We will also allow ourselves to rest and receive Divine life force (Reiki) energy and Soul guidance about our collective path forward.

We will also learn more about the third eye chakra and do an exercise to activate our intuition and connect with our Soul Voice.

What to expect:

• reflection prompts recognizing the light you bring to the world
• a candle ritual acknowledging a “burning” question you are dancing with
• a meditation and a practice to open the third eye
• a relaxing group reiki healing
• messages for the collective around themes to note for healing and transformation in the next season

What to bring:

• a yoga mat and any pillows, blankets, or props to help you be comfortable
