Summer Solstice Celebration
with Ecstatic Dance, Loving Libations, and Sound Bath
Summer Solstice is time of the year where solar energy is at it's highest. Its a wonderful time to soak up that energy in order to boost you through the season. Please join us for a solstice celebration with specially curated botanical beverages from Annie of Loving Libations, and ecstatic dance and sound bath with Racheal Rossbach.
We will start the evening with a warm beverage, meditation and intention setting led by Annie. Racheal will then help us move into our new summer energy with the ecstatic dance. We will then have a cold beverage to cool down, and settle in for Racheal's sound bath. We will conjure energy, inspiration, and abundance together! Wear clothing that makes you feel like a God/Goddess and bring an open heart.
Pre-Dance Libation: Probiotic Peach Elixir with Ginger, Black Cardamom + Oolong Tea, and Turmeric Tincture (served warm)
Pre-Sound Bath Libation: Probiotic Passionfruit Elixir with Rose, Damiana + Chamomile Tea, infused with Palo Santo Smoke (served on ice)
Loving Libations is a local business specializing in botanical elixirs. Annie Mcguinness ferments all her own syrups, brews, tinctures, and vinegars. She blends her own teas and specially curates each menu with blessing and intention. With a background in chemistry and biology, Annie gets really nerdy about what plants can inspire within our minds and bodies. Ingredients are carefully chosen with purpose.
Rachael Rossbach is a local yoga teacher and dance instructor who has lead ecstatic dance locally for many years. What is it? Ecstatic Dance is all about dancing like no one is watching you; dancing without the judgment of others and dancing without limits. It is a free form of dance with the goal to achieve ecstasy. This is a natural state in which your awareness shifts and you get to experience a meditative and happy state of mind through body movement. Besides the fact that it is a lot of fun to move your body to music, Ecstatic Dance is also scientifically proven to help your mental & physical health. This form of dance was practiced throughout human history and is known as a meditative activity that helps us cope with stress. How beautiful that dance can help us heal!
There is no choreography, there is no set music genre, and most importantly: there is nothing but love and acceptance around you. It is a safe space for you to truly express yourself how you want.
A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves as they rest. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
Dress Up! Wear beautiful clothing that makes you feel wonderful and is fun to dance in. This is the time for your crowns, feathers and sequins!
Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and a journal to write down your intentions and insights.

Arrive on time. Our door is unlocked at 5:40. Please arrive by 5:55 as the doors are locked promptly at 6pm. There will be no refunds if you arrive late and the door is locked.
