We will begin with a mindful Qigong flow attuned to the Fire element as we step into the Summer. This embodied practice calms the mind, releases energy blockages and

You will then be guided into an introspective meditation - an inner journey to attune to your highest frequency. In this space, you will begin to release what no longer serves
