About this Event
The longest and lightest day of the year is right around the corner! Illuminated by the sunset peeking through the windows, we’ll set some warm intentions for Summer and embrace a mindful practice complete with breathwork, gentle postures, and of course – bunnies!
Kathy Wild has been teaching all levels of yoga for over 20 years in the Chicago area. She is a bunny-lover who soothingly blends her unique style of bunny interaction and mat yoga.
All levels are welcome, age 8+. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat as only a limited number are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
