Come join me to celebrate Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, with some yoga overlooking the sea, and a beach swim and social. This also falls on World Yoga Day!Details are:
Meet at North Lodge Park at 8am
Walk down to the beach for an hour of yoga
Finish off with a sea swim or dip if you wish!
Please be aware if you bring your mat on the beach they will get sandy. I personally like to go without and feel the sand underfoot. In the event of high tide we can do yoga on the clifftop at North Lodge Park.
Please bring clothes for yoga and a bottle of water. If you’d like to stay for the swim and social, please bring swimwear, a towel, maybe a beach blanket and some snacks.
The official solstice falls at 9:24am on the 21st June.
