Welcome to my studio, a serene escape where you can unwind & rejuvenate after a busy week...
All of my sound sessions are designed to relax the nervous system and uplift your energy.
Your session will be hosted by Lynsey in our basement level studio @12 St Catherine Street, Cupar. Lynsey is an experienced aromatherapist & sound healer with 12 years of expertise.

- Welcome & introduction to aromatherapy.
- Create your own 30ml aromatherapy mist with essential oils, botanicals, herbs & crystals.
- Immersive sound journey with aromatherapy.
- Tea & sweet treats.
- Optional oracle card pull.
Aromatherapy workshop - an introduction to aromatherapy & its benefits. We will then move on to create our own 30ml aromatherapy body mist which is yours to take home & enjoy. All ingredients are provided & we supply a wide variety of essential oils, botanicals, herbs & crystals for each participant to create the perfect blend to welcome the summer solstice.
We will also set our affirmations & intentions for the summer ahead (prompt cards are provided if needed).
Sound journey - a deeply relaxing meditative session where you will be immersed in healing vibrations and sound waves using a combination of gongs, Tibetan bowls, Quartz crystal bowls, ocean drums & bells. Soothing aromatherapy scents will diffuse into the room throughout.
Oracle cards - if you are keen to seek some guidance I will provide oracle cards (this is optional and there is no pressure to choose cards).
T&C’s -
- This is a group experience with a maximum of 8 people per session.
- Suitable for ages 16+
- Doors will open 10 minutes before your session begins & will be locked promptly at the beginning of the session (strictly no late comer’s as this causes disruption to the session)
- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable to another date (you may pass your place onto another person if you can no longer attend)
- Essential items to bring. We provide everything needed for your session. However please bring extra blankets & pillows if you require. Please bring a bottle of water.
- The studio is situated in the basement of 12 St. Catherine Street, Cupar with stair access only (approx 10 steps to access the lower level).
- Contraindications - this session is not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker fitted.
- Please check with your health professional for the suitability of a sound bath if you have any of the following medical conditions - epilepsy/seizures, sound sensitivity, tinnitus, PTSD, any severe mental health conditions.
*Please note we have taken every measure to ensure that each session is as calm & peaceful as possible. However, being located within the town centre there is always a possibility of mild noise coming from traffic, alarms, emergency service sirens, shouting etc (in our experience this is ocassional and has little/no impact of the session as a whole).
**This is a group session and snoring/heavy breathing from others, sound from others moving position may occur. We appreciate that this may cause annoyance to others. If you feel a group session is not for you we can also offer 1 - 1 sessions, or bring your own group sessions (please get in touch on - 07867502224 to arrange).
