Join us on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 11 am to 3 pm for a Summer Showcase featuring the work of Aly Parrott.Aly Parrott is a Helderberg‑born artist and educator whose interdisciplinary practice blends watercolor, needle‑felting, and storytelling, shaped by early lessons in craft and a lifelong love of fantasy and science fiction. Now an Artist in Residence at Arlene’s Artist Materials, she exhibits widely across the Capital Region and brings her imaginative, narrative‑driven approach to both her studio work and her teaching.
The Summer Showcase at Arlene’s series highlights local creatives and makers, giving them a platform to share their talents with our community. On Saturdays throughout the summer, these showcases will be set up right outside our front door.
