Settle in for a soothing summer sound bath with Sound Practitioner Melanie Fox at Wildflower on 7th in Reno. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to support your body’s natural healing. This experience is designed to help you unwind, recenter, and restore a sense of calm from the inside out, all in the cool comfort of Wildflower on 7th in Reno.
Wildflower on 7th is a community center, not a yoga studio, so please bring a yoga mat or towel, pillow, blanket, and something for under your knees. You’ll be lying down for most of the session, so comfort is essential. Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in and get cozy.
No prior experience with sound baths is needed. Just bring yourself and anything that supports your rest and relaxation.
