Light, fresh, and packed with vibrant flavors, summer rolls are the ultimate warm-weather dish! In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make two stunning plant-based and gluten-free summer rolls, each paired with its own flavorful dipping sauce. First, we'll create a refreshing, veggie-forward roll filled with crisp vegetables, kelp noodles, and herbs, served with a bright and zesty ginger-lime dipping sauce. Then, we’ll craft a seasoned tofu summer roll, perfectly complemented by a rich, all-purpose peanut dipping sauce. Whether you're looking for a light meal, a fun appetizer, or a beautiful addition to your summer table, these summer rolls are sure to impress!
