Join Sarah for a day where the highest priority is your comfort.
We'll be taking practices where a little really goes a long way; gently energising qi gong, deep release yin yoga, grounding restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditation. There will also be delicious food, plenty of offline time and the option to book a reflexology treatment, all in a tranquil setting in the Wiltshire countryside.
To retreat is to depart from the worries and responsibilities of your day to day routine, allowing your nervous system space to settle, soften and recalibrate. This is the kind of day that isn't about getting fitter, faster or, quite frankly, being anything you aren't already. Rather, it'll leave you feeling full in your heart, light in your shoulders and connected to your inner resource of wellbeing.
What to expect on the day...
10am - arrival for snacks and herbal teas, intro to the day
10.30am - qi gong (outside if the weather allows) to energise your whole system, followed by an extended yin sequence in the studio to stretch and open the body
12pm seasonal light lunch*
1pm - chill time of your choosing:
Optional treatments available - Express Reflexology Treatment (15 minutes - only one space available at 1.15pm as of 1st May)**
Enjoy a short stroll around the (very) nearby Corsham Court
Have a moment to yourself to soak up the garden, read, journal, chat
1.45pm - Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra session to revitalise all the different layers of your being
3.15pm - farewell sweet treat and departure
3.30pm onwards - optional post-retreat Reflexology Treatment (50 min)

**Reflexology is a deeply relaxing alternative therapy where pressure is applied to acupuncture points on the feet, thereby unlocking flows of energy through the whole body.
