About this Event
Summer is often filled with activities, obligations, and constant movement. This evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for rest, nourishment, and renewal.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, gentle yoga, meditation, and a live handpan sound bath, you’ll be guided into a calmer, more restorative state before the busy summer season begins.

Led by Jessica Lee Reader, Integrative Nutritionist & Yoga Teacher with 17+ years of experience supporting women through stress, energy shifts, and nervous system overload.
The Flow of the Evening:
5:45 PM | The Soft Arrival: Settle in, grab a cup of calming herbal tea and a small grounding snack, and find your spot in our candlelit circle.
6:00 PM | Connection & Grounding: Collective breathwork to signal safety to your nervous system.
6:30 PM | Gentle Yoga: A slow-paced, all-levels somatic practice to release chronic tension and improve mobility.
7:30 PM | Meditation & Handpan Sound Bath: A restorative meditation accompanied by the resonant sounds of a live handpan.
8:00 PM | Connection & Nourishment: We close the circle with seasonal nourishing snacks and optional light conversation, enjoying a lingering peace before heading home.
