SUMMER RESETA summer afternoon dedicated to movement, gut health, and good company.
This is part wellness workshop, part social hangout. We're bringing together mat Pilates, practical naturopathic wisdom, and a proper afternoon tea to help you reset and recharge before the rest of summer hits.
What's happening:
12:30pm - Mix and mingle (come solo, bring a friend, meet some new faces)
12:45pm - 45-minute mat Pilates class at Align Studios (all levels welcome)
1:30pm - Summer Reset Talk with Arrowtown Apothecary
A 45-minute naturopathic deep dive into gut health and how your digestion influences everything from energy and immunity to mood, hormones, and recovery. We'll cover what "good gut health" actually means, why bloating and fatigue happen, and practical habits that support your system instead of stressing it. Plus a 15-minute Q&A with tea spot prizes.
2:15pm - Afternoon tea social (prepped by Arrowtown Apothecary)
2:45pm - Wrap up
This is one of the first Queenstown Social Club events for 2026, a collaboration between Align Studios, OC Health Clubs, and Arrowtown Apothecary. Whether you're curious about gut health, keen for a mat class, or just want to spend a Saturday afternoon with good humans, this is your invite.
