Join The Sill, Yogamaya, and Angelic Vibrationz for a Summer Renew & Restore Wellness event on Sunday, July 21st starting at 3:30pm ET. Treat yourself or a loved one to a day of relaxation and rejuvenation!
The wellness event will take place at Yogamaya studio in the Moon room starting with a 15 minute yoga flow designed to release all tension, followed by a 45 minute Sound Bowl Meditation led by founder of Angelic Vibrationz Nicolette, combined with a Reiki Healing Session led by Gina Benson, a Yogamaya senior teacher. This class is designed for all levels!
Afterward, we'll move into the Sun Room for a Plant Care Self Care discussion with The Sill where we'll discuss plant care basics and the benefits of plants for mental and emotional wellness. Space will be limited- sign up today! All ticket sales are final.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a non-invasive ancient healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. It involves suble energy work, and sometimes gentle touch, to enhance your vital life force.
What is sound healing?
Another ancient wellness practice, sound healing uses soothing sounds and vibrations to promote relaxation, self-care, and healing. The vibrations and soothing sounds help to balance your energy, calm your mind, and can even promote recovery from physical or mental aliments.

- Yoga mats will be provided for each attendee, but you are welcome to bring your own!
- Each attendee will get to take home a 4" plant from The Sill to nurture and watch grow.
- Sage Sprays infused with rose petals created by Angelic Vibrationz will be available for purchase at the event. Only cash or venmo will be accepted.
