These 90-minute traditional hatha yoga classes consist of
- breathing exercises
- sun salutation warm up
- held yoga postures
- final relaxation
then vegan souper soup and chat together, 30 minutes or so (you can bring a container if you'd like to take soup away, and/or leave at 8.30).
Develop a more meditational practice with longer held postures and more challenging variations. For those familiar with the Rishikesh sequence, done the Newbies course with me, or experienced and willing to adapt.
