It’s that time of year! We are moving the Open Water Swim from Sundays at 2pm to Saturdays at 8am STARTING THIS WEEKEND! Megan Grose and I will be leading with varied distances always on the menu. Tracy Mckay is continuing to recover and will be making appearances throughout the summer! Come join us to get comfortable with open water and improve your technique, endurance and speed.
