Summer on Spring Street Cocktail Class

Perfect for home bartenders, pro or amatuer! Bar manager, Abby, will walk you through three cocktails, each focussing on a different method: Lemon & Huckleberry Gimlet, Salted Brown Sugar Old Fashioned, and our house Elder Spritz.

She'll discuss the geeky stuff like technique and ice while you make the drinks and enjoy some light bites from Tulio.

You'll take home our housemade syrup to recreate the drinks at home, and if you'd like you can add on a bottle of prosecco at check out for the spritz. Don't forget to book a reservation for dinner afterwards!

We suggest arriving a bit early to settle i so we can get started right away. Valet parking available through the Hotel Vintage.
