The Love that lives within us, and beyond us, as part of the greater consciousness that holds all things.This Summer Love day retreat is rooted in the tradition of bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. Bhakti is a path of heartfelt connection where we turn toward the sacred with love, humility, and devotion. Through movement, breathing, mantra, and meditation we nourish this inner devotion. Not to a deity outside ourselves but to the deepest truth within and to the divine thread that unites us all.
During this soulful day retreat we explore how Love lives and moves through us using intentional practices that open the heart and reconnect us to what truly matters.
