Jessica from Celestial Sound & Breath is hosting this event on the Ocean City beach. She is a Jersey girl and Sound Bath Facilitator who incorporates Breathwork and Meditation into her sessions. She will begin with light breathwork before guiding you through a 40 minute sound meditation. Her meditations take you on a journey and include various beautiful and relaxing instruments.
